There are seven etiquettes before going to sleep, first “Sleep facing the right or the Qibla”, second “Clean the bed with a broom stick”, third “Pray before going to sleep”, fourth “Read the surah verses of the chair and the 3 qul”, fifth “Make ablution”, six “Blowing hands, rub it on the face and body”, seven “Dhikr” and on this poster there are prayers before and after sleeping
